Job Overview
As an Insulation Installer you will install insulation in residential homes, primarily focusing on attics and crawl spaces. You will work collaboratively with a team to ensure installations meet industry standards and are performed safely.
Responsibilities
Install insulation materials such as fiberglass, foam, cellulose, or mineral wool.
Measure and cut insulation to fit specific spaces, ensuring a proper fit and coverage.
Seal gaps or cracks in walls, ceilings, and floors to prevent air leakage.
Use tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Follow established guidelines and safety procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns or questions regarding the insulation installation process.
Requirements
Previous experience in insulation installation is preferred but not required; motivated individuals with a strong work ethic will be trained.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work in various weather conditions.
Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
