We’re looking for a positive, energetic Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face of our practice.
What You’ll Do
Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
Answer and manage multi-line phone systems efficiently
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
Handle incoming/outgoing emails, mail, and patient communication
Maintain accurate patient records and perform data entry
Support daily office operations (filing, scanning, organizing)
Assist with insurance verification and basic administrative tasks
Help create a friendly, organized, and high-energy office environment
What We’re Looking For
Previous front desk, reception, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, scheduling software)
Professional, positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset
Dental or medical office experience is a plus, but not required
