8 and 12 hour shifts.
Responsibilities
Assess and identify patients' needs.
Implement and monitor patients' medical plans and treatment.
Provide essential teaching and promote therapeutic communication.
Ensure patient care is conducted according to Laurelwood policies and standards.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to exceed patient care goals.
Qualifications
Current license to practice nursing in Ohio.
Current CPR or BLS certification.
Experience in a psychiatric inpatient setting preferred.
Adaptability, communication, compassion, problem‑solving and resilience.
