Werner Orthodontics is seeking a motivated Patient Services Representative to join our close-knit team in providing top-notch dental care to our patients.
As a Patient Services Representative, you will be our patients' first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from check-in to check-out. We are searching for a passionate and customer‑oriented individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and loves creating smiles.
Responsibilities
Provide welcoming, prompt, and respectful customer service to patients and families upon arrival and dismissal.
Serve as a liaison between patients and support staff by preparing patient charts before check‑in and keeping the office and all records, reports, and other correspondence organized.
File and scan medical documents and office forms as directed.
Verify all patient demographic, health, pharmacy, and insurance information.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Clean the front office work area and other maintenance assignments as directed.
Be motivated and willing to learn on the job.
Have experience working in the front desk area of a medical/dental practice (preferred).
Possess strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate well.
Demonstrate a desire to work with children in a pediatric setting.
Have experience scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, collecting co‑pays, and answering multiple phone lines.
Qualifications
Be motivated and willing to learn on the job.
Have front desk experience in a fast‑paced environment.
Have experience working in the front desk area of a medical/dental practice (preferred).
Possess strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate well.
Demonstrate a desire to work with children in a pediatric setting.
Have experience scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, collecting co‑pays, and answering multiple phone lines.
