We are hiring licensed and board-registered associate therapists for:

Bilingual Mental Health Therapist

(Spanish preferred)

Culturally Responsive Mental Health Therapist

(experience serving Black/African American clients and families strongly preferred)

Clinicians with lived experience, specialized training, or strong clinical experience with diverse populations are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do:

Provide culturally responsive therapy to individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan, including young children (ages 0–12) and their families.

Clients navigating

maternal and paternal mental health

(perinatal/postpartum).

Children, adolescents, and adults.

BIPOC, immigrant, and multicultural communities.

Intercultural and interracial couples.

Faith-based clients (Christian, Catholic, Muslim, Hindu, and others).

Position Overview
As a Mental Health Therapist (Licensed or Board-Registered Associate), you will provide individual, couples, and family therapy in a hybrid setting.

at our Portland offices:

NE Portland (97232)

SW Portland (97225)

Telehealth services

from home

You will serve clients with Oregon Health Plan (OHP) and commercial insurance.

Location Preference

Preference will be given to clinicians located within the

Portland tri-county area (Washington, Clackamas, and Multnomah counties).

We will consider candidates outside the region who are able to

travel to the office at least one day per week for in-person therapy.

This role is ideal for clinicians who want to:

Supplement existing income while growing a private practice caseload.

Caseload Expectations

Part‑time caseloads typically build within 3–6 months.

Full‑time caseloads typically build within 6–9 months.

Qualifications

Active Oregon license

or

board registration as one of the following:

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Clinical Social Work Associate (CSWA)

Professional Counselor Associate

Marriage and Family Therapist Associate

Eligible for independent or supervised practice.

Commitment to culturally responsive, ethical care.

Spanish preferred for bilingual role.

Responsibilities

Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.

Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning.

Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation (Medicaid and insurance compliant).

Coordinate care and connect clients with community resources.

Deliver services both in‑person and via telehealth.

Schedule & Flexibility

W‑2 employee (at‑will)

Start part‑time, with opportunity to grow to full‑time within 6–9 months

Part‑time:

10–23 billable hours/week

Full‑time:

24–34 billable hours/week

Build your caseload at a pace that works for you

Compensation
Associate‑Level

$47/hour – Bilingual (Spanish)

$45/hour – Culturally responsive

Licensed

$67/hour – Bilingual (Spanish)

$65/hour – Culturally responsive

Supervision & Support

Free weekly onsite supervision (paid) for Professional Counselor Associates and Marriage and Family Therapist Associates.

Clinicians with a

Clinical Social Work Associate (CSWA)

credential must secure external supervision until an in‑house Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is available.

Paid weekly clinical consultation/team meetings for licensed clinicians to support collaboration, case consultation, and ongoing professional development.
