Coverage Area: Minneapolis, St. Paul and Brooklyn Park
Must be willing to travel long distances
Salary: $95,000-$110,000
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Qualifications
A minimum of two years of experience as an RN
Minimum of 1 year of home health experience required
Strong clinical background in geriatric Home Health is required
Must have OASIS experience
Required Certifications and Licensures
Must possess a current unrestricted RN license in state of agency operation
Current CPR certification required
