We're hiring a
Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist (DPT)
in
Dubuque, IA for a boutique, patient-focused clinic. This is a
cash-based, low-volume practice
offering
1:1, 60-minute sessions (5–7 patients/day) —ideal for therapists who value
hands-on, holistic care .
New grads welcome with structured mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat
pelvic health conditions
(pelvic floor dysfunction, postpartum recovery, pain, incontinence, prolapse)
Provide
manual therapy, exercise, and patient education
Deliver
1‑on‑1 care
with a focus on outcomes and patient relationships
Collaborate with team and participate in
case reviews
Maintain accurate
EMR documentation
Support clinic growth through
patient education & community outreach
Qualifications
DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy)
+ Iowa license or eligibility
Interest or experience in
pelvic floor therapy / women's health PT
Strong communication and patient care skills
Passion for
manual therapy and holistic treatment
