About the Clinician's Workday
The clinician will provide comprehensive interventional radiology services Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with no call coverage required. Daily responsibilities include performing 8‑10 interventional procedures such as biopsies of liver, lung, kidney, and superficial tissues; basic vascular interventional procedures for management of GI bleeds and other hemorrhages; abscess drainage; joint injections; lumbar punctures; nephrostomy tube placement; thoracentesis; and paracentesis. The position requires board certification in Vascular/Interventional Radiology and focuses exclusively on procedural interventions.
