Responsibilities

Qualifications
Certified Physical Therapist Assistant or PTA (compact accepted)
Valid BLS certification
SSN and DOB required for licensure verification
Recent experience (within the last 3 years) with at least 20 hours/week of clinical work; 8‑year experience preferred
Two professional references within the last 36 months, including one supervisor reference
Online verification of license or certification within 30 days of submission
