Qualifications
Unencumbered State of Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
Prior experience as an LPN is preferred, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Provide medication and nursing care to residents as directed by their individual care plans.
Conduct resident assessments and contribute to care plan development.
Serve as a team leader and advocate for residents, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of resident care.
