Your Impact as a Home Health RN
Perform initial evaluations and develop individualized Plans of Care
Provide skilled nursing services including wound care, IV therapy, medication management, and patient education
Regularly re‑evaluate patient needs and revise care plans as needed
Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other disciplines for seamless care
Supervise and teach Home Health Aides
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations
Participate in quality improvement as required
What You’ll Bring
Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (home health, med/surg, or similar preferred)
Strong assessment, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Current CPR certification
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
