Requirements
Proven experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology accredited by a recognized board or equivalent ASHA certification
Independent decision‑making skills
Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families
At least 2 years of SLP experience
Responsibilities
Provide speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy to patients to improve abilities
Communicate patient progress or concerns to supervisors and team members; assist in scheduling and daily charge entry
Document patient care consistent with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements
Comply with the company’s Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance Agreement, professional standards, and applicable state/federal laws
