Job Summary
Location: Austell, GA. The role is full‑time, offering competitive hourly or weekly compensation with bonus potential. The technician will dispatch from home and travel to our office once a week for meetings and parts replenishment. Service areas include Acworth, Alpharetta, Atlanta, Canton, Carrollton, Cartersville, Dallas, Decatur, Douglasville, Hiram, Kennesaw, Mableton, Marietta, Powder Springs, Roswell, Sandy Springs, Smyrna, and Woodstock.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot HVAC systems, including warranty and emergency repairs.
Maintain and service HVAC and indoor air quality systems.
Use software to report work completed and collect payments.
Effectively manage workflow and day‑to‑day tasks.
Provide superior service, maintain a positive company image, and sustain a positive attitude with customers.
Communicate, educate, and recommend solutions to customers.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years HVAC experience.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
EPA certification.
Pass a drug test and background check.
Benefits
