Compensation & Incentives

Salary: $78,000 – $99,000 annually, based on experience
$20,000 sign‑on bonus
$350 per month paid directly toward your student loans
Additional loan assistance and loan repayment programs available

Key Responsibilities

Complete and maintain all required corporate and clinical training in compliance with regulations
Evaluate, treat, and document patient care plans
Communicate effectively and respectfully with patients, families, physicians, colleagues, and payors
Participate in center meetings and contribute to team collaboration
Qualifications

Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)-accredited program
Valid state Physical Therapist license
CPR certification
Prior outpatient experience preferred
