As an Assistant Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the best mortgage loan for their needs. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include providing outstanding customer service, supporting the loan officers in the mortgage lending process, and ensuring all underwriting requirements are met.
Qualifications
Experience in the mortgage industry and knowledge of mortgage lending
Strong understanding of loan underwriting processes
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in computer systems and mortgage software
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field is preferred
