Requirements
At least 10 years’ experience in residential/commercial remodeling or a related field
Ability to generate accurate project estimates
Strong technical skills and knowledge of building systems and maintenance techniques
A compassionate heart and a genuine desire to help others
A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to make a difference
Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with the client to understand their needs
A valid driver’s license and good driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Proficiency in at least three of the following: Painting, Drywall, Carpentry, Flooring, Decks
