Open Heart Registered Nurse (OR)
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Open Heart Registered Nurse (OR) to join a leading hospital in Kissimmee, Florida. This is an exciting opportunity to assist in complex cardiovascular procedures within a collaborative, high‑acuity surgical environment focused on patient safety and clinical excellence.
Shift Details
Days | 10‑hour shifts
Compensation
$33.43 – $48.00/hr + shift differentials if applicable
Daily Responsibilities
Circulate or scrub in the CVOR for open‑heart and vascular surgeries, maintaining a sterile environment and ensuring all instruments and equipment are prepared and available.
Monitor patient status, collaborate with the cardiac surgical team, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
1+ year of perioperative nursing experience
1+ year of experience with open‑heart and cardiovascular surgeries
Active Florida RN license or compact license
