Mon - Friday - Full Time (40 hrs. per week)
Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting the Hospice Director/Manager in ensuring the delivery of safe, quality and cost-efficient hospice care. Recruit and retain competent and compassionate caregivers, supporting them in ensuring care is delivered consistently. Works collaboratively and effectively within the local hospice team and with other administrative personnel, physicians and caregivers from other departments, and service lines.

Required Education
Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
Preferred Education
Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
Experience
1 year of experience preferred.
Licensure
Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed, and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
Certifications
Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse is preferred.
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) is required.
Physical Requirements
Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
