Minimum Requirements
Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree).
Current Physical Therapy license in the State of Arizona required prior to start.
BLS certification required (American Heart Association or American Red Cross acceptable).
Demonstrated clinical competency and experience providing PT evaluation, plan of care development, and skilled interventions across the lifespan.
Experience working in an acute care or hospital environment preferred. (Preferred)
Ability to perform patient transfers and mobility assistance; may be required to safely lift up to 75 pounds.
Proficiency with electronic medical records and common computer applications used in patient care documentation.
Candidates must be willing to adapt to varied work schedules and float within the facility as needed.
Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required for employees of certain affiliate facilities, if applicable.

Shift Hours: 0800-0600.
Duration: 13 Week travel assignment.
Scope: Evaluate, plan, administer, and document physical therapy treatment per physician referral and facility policies.
