What You Will Do
As an HR/Safety Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to both the Safety and Human Resources functions, contributing to the smooth and compliant operation of workplace programs and processes. This position will have a proactive approach to communication, organization, and cross‑departmental coordination.
What You Bring to Trico
A high school diploma or equivalent.
At least three (3) years of experience performing administrative duties in an office environment, preferably supporting Human Resources, Safety, or similar operational functions.
Strong technical aptitude with excellent proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Solutions (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail that directly supports operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. Consistently produces accurate, thorough work by carefully reviewing information, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring tasks are completed to standard.
Skill in organizing and retrieving electronic records efficiently.
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
