Description
Under the direction of the Director of Case Management, the Mgr-Case Management is responsible for providing leadership, consultation and assistance in the development of Intra / Interdepartmental Systems that support collaborative and innovative patient care delivery as related to Case Management at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center, Holy Family Hospital, or St. Luke's Rehabilitation Medical Center. Provides leadership in order to assess, plan, implement and evaluate delivery of case management and utilization review processes. Provides guidance and direction to the development of department personnel. Functions as a resource to department personnel for decision-making and problem solving. Functions as a resource to other department directors and managers for the purpose of compliance with regulatory standards as related to utilization review. Monitors the compliance of services with established standards of utilization review. Participates and oversees use of case management principles.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
5 years Hospital nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Upon hire: Certified Case Manager (CCM) or Accredited Case Manager (ACM).
3 years previous experience in Case Management.

Pay Range
$58.05 - $91.64 per hour
