
Quality Control (QC) Analyst

Position
Quality Control (QC) Analyst – Full‑time employee. Location: Boulder, CO.
Responsibilities
Execution, documentation, and analysis of routine QC processes.
Independent evaluation and interpretation of data from various assays.
Assay development and validation.
Participation in cross‑functional teams to resolve product quality issues, corrective actions, investigations, and develop/implement in‑process improvements.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of laboratory experience in biochemistry, molecular biology, or a related discipline.
Creative and disciplined problem‑solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills and superior attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, work at high standard, consistently under pressure and predetermined deadlines without supervision.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as an effective member of a team.
Excellent communication and high levels of motivation and initiative.
Creative and disciplined approach to problem‑solving.
Additional desirable experience:
Gel electrophoresis
PCR, qPCR
Next‑generation sequencing
Enzyme activity assays
Manufacturing in a controlled environment
ISO 13485
Quality Management Systems
Good Laboratory Practice
Education and Experience
BS or MS in biotechnology, molecular biology, or related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
3 years of relevant laboratory experience (see above).
Compensation and Benefits
Base compensation $65,000–$70,000 plus bonus and equity. Employees receive flexible time off, holidays, employer covers 75 % of base medical plan with buy‑up options, employee assistance program, paid dental and vision, $25,000 life/AD&D policy, paid parental leave, and 401(k) with 4 % match.
