Product Manager - Atlas (General Purpose Software)

Boston Dynamics, Waltham, MA, United States

As a Product Manager for Atlas, you are responsible for defining the frontier of humanoid robotics in the world. You aren’t just managing a product; you are architecting the technology that enables us to deliver end‑to‑end solutions—spanning hardware capabilities, advanced AI models, and sophisticated software. You will play a critical role in allowing Atlas to solve the most complex automation challenges for the world’s largest manufacturing enterprises.

In this role you will own the product strategy and execution roadmap for the automation platform software that enables the future of general purpose humanoids. Atlas is the world’s most capable enterprise‑grade robot, engineered to take on the most challenging work in industry. You will define the roadmap for mission‑critical software that empowers customers and internal teams to deploy humanoid solutions quickly and seamlessly: the shared platform infrastructure and customer‑facing authoring and deployment tools that enable multi‑purpose robots to be put to work across every industry.

This is a highly technical role that requires a proven track record of synthesizing a scalable product vision, balancing sophisticated backend engineering requirements with an uncompromising focus on end‑user utility. You will translate the needs of high‑scale customers into a powerful software ecosystem, creating the tools required to bring diverse automation visions to life simultaneously.
