Description

NetJets is currently seeking an Inflight Operations Coordinator to join its team in Columbus, OH. This role supports the operational and service needs of NetJets Flight Attendants, working closely with departments such as catering, crew services, and Service Hubs. The Inflight Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in enhancing the Flight Attendant experience through clear communication, logistical coordination, and administrative support, while also contributing to initiatives that elevate service standards and improve overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to Inflight email inquiries, providing timely information and assistance to Flight Attendants.
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects and programs to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Assist in managing aircraft stock logistics, including coordinating stock movement from hubs and lockers to other locations.
Coordinate the Flight Attendant birthday and anniversary program.
Process non-standard crew expenses as needed.
Partner with leadership on project development and implementation, ensuring initiatives remain relevant and effective.
Gather, organize, and communicate feedback related to projects and services, identify key themes and updates for inclusion in bi-weekly Flight Attendant communications, and assist in drafting news articles.
Work with Strategic Operations to support flights without assigned Flight Attendants and serve as a liaison between Service Hubs, Flight Attendants, and operational departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements

High school diploma and 2–4 years of experience in customer service or communications with strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Passion for providing high‑end service and supporting team members.
Accountability in project ownership with a solutions‑oriented mindset.
Proven organizational and multi‑tasking skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to quickly learn new business domains and build subject‑matter expertise.
Experience with iJet and ETM preferred, as well as coaching or guidance experience in a professional setting.
