In this role, you will play a key part in managing and controlling product and service costs by ensuring supplier compliance with established Siemens Energy processes and standards. Your day will involve working in a fast‑paced service environment where responsiveness and adaptability are critical. You will regularly collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and cost optimization. A consistent focus on cost, quality, and delivery will guide all activities to support reliable operations and customer value.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Conduct compliance audits of purchase orders to ensure adherence to Siemens Energy standards and policies
Negotiate supplier Terms and Conditions to secure favorable commercial and contractual outcomes
Collaborate with the buying team on cost‑out initiatives to drive savings and optimize procurement strategies
Document and maintain business processes and work instructions to ensure consistency and compliance
Review and validate buyer costs and pricing accuracy on purchase orders
Analyze supplier performance and purchasing data to support informed sourcing decisions
What You Bring
Bachelor of Science, Business Administration, Business, or Engineering
10+ years of experience in Procurement, Marketing, or Sales
Experience conducting compliance audits, managing purchase orders, pricing, and supplier agreements
Strong analytical skills with experience creating and analyzing supplier spend, volume, and pricing reports
Working knowledge of internal auditing processes and enterprise procurement procedures
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Gas Services division offers low‑emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators.
