
Property Operations Technician

10 Federal, a leading self-storage company, is seeking a Property Operations Technician. If you are a self-starter who thrives independently, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and professional appearance of our self-storage facilities. This role involves performing maintenance tasks, conducting inspections, and overseeing repairs, predominantly in an outdoor setting.
Responsibilities
Drive to and from assigned properties
Perform storage unit inspections at all assigned properties
Perform property repairs, light maintenance, and service requests
Prep units that come up for auction, clean out units, and dispose of abandoned goods
complete task list provided by manager
maintain professional appearances of facilities, interiors, exteriors, and grounds
Maintain monthly time-sensitive auctions and delinquency procedures
oversee contractor activities (landscapers, painters, etc.)
Partner with call center agents on scheduling various customer needs
Qualifications
Property maintenance experience (schools, apartments, self-storage, commercial buildings, etc.)
A positive, self- starter attitude
Possession of a valid Drivers' License and clean driving record
Reliable and excellent time management skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Availability required during core business hours
Physical Demands: Frequent driving, heavy lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, kneeling, etc.
