Manager of Clinic Operations
Providence is expanding its commitment to women’s health by opening a brand-new PMG Women’s OBGYN practice on the north side of Spokane, right on the Holy Family Campus. This new clinic will offer dedicated care to women in our community, and we’re looking forward to making a positive impact.
Providence Medical Group is launching this OBGYN practice in North Spokane, and we are actively seeking a Practice Manager to help bring our vision to life. In this role you’ll be at the heart of clinic operations, shaping the team culture from day one and ensuring the foundation is set for long‑term growth and success. A Practice Manager provides operational and management support for assigned clinic(s) and department(s) for the benefit of Providence Medical Group (PMG) providers, staff and patients under the direction of their assigned Director.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or
Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of experience, or 6 years of management experience.

Compensation
Posted are the minimum and maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based on relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
