Responsibilities
Assist project managers in developing and maintaining project schedules and timelines
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes
Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion
Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to promote collaboration
Maintain accurate project documentation and update project management tools
Monitor project budgets and report any variances to supervisors
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies
