Warehouse Clerk
Our Warehouse Clerk is responsible for supporting and coordinating daily warehouse operations while performing hands-on warehouse tasks. This role ensures efficient receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment while maintaining accurate records and assisting with workflow coordination.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or packing lists
Label, store, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and delivery personnel
Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software
Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
Monitor stock levels and report inventory discrepancies or shortages
Assist with scheduling shipments and prioritizing order fulfillment
Communicate with internal teams such as purchasing, logistics, and customer service
Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and barcode scanners (if certified)
Help improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
Experience with ERP or WMS systems
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control procedures
Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or warehouse management systems
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift/push/pull materials (often up to 50 lbs)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
1-3 years of related job experience.
High School Diploma/GED
