Sentar is seeking an Admin Team Member in Charleston!
Role Description:
The Program Support Coordinator General Administration (GenAdmin) supports the submission, creation, tracking, and auditing of account access for personnel and subscribers. GenAdmin is also responsible for account modification and deletion on all applicable systems. The role interacts regularly with internal teams, leadership, and network ISSMs to perform duties.
This position involves a wide variety of highly detailed, moderately complex activities with an emphasis on:
Resolving access requests and issues
Gaining necessary approvals
Ensuring compliance with audit-specific accreditation metrics
Key Responsibilities:
Work independently in a fast-paced environment
Document and track tasks and requests through completion, including:
Creating and maintaining documentation (SOPs, DTPs)
Performing audits to ensure compliance and prevent privilege creep
Assisting and coordinating completion of SAAR requests
Responding to inquiries related to account creation, permission modification, or general queries
Collaborate with internal and external security offices to process organizational forms
Continuously evaluate current processes and propose improvements, including automation procedures and requirements
Assist with special projects or other duties assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
Clearance Level: Secret
Education: N/A
Experience:
Experience with DoD forms and process flows
Help Desk or Customer Service experience
Excellent written communication skills for preparing, editing, and proofreading correspondence with accuracy
Excellent oral communication skills to collaborate across all levels and personality types
Ability to analyze complex processes and understand the impact of leadership decisions
Preferred:
Experience with Confluence, Jira, and account management systems
Highly desired:
Ability to lead and support administrative tasks, manage multiple assignments, set priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively
Ability to perform in a dynamic work environment, multitask, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail
