Administrative Assistant
to support multiple teams in a fast-paced, professional services environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, collaboration, and delivering high-quality administrative support across departments.
What Youll Do:
Manage calendars, meetings, and logistics (rooms, catering, invites)
Support administrative ticket requests and cross-functional teams
Assist with client onboarding, data management, and reporting
Process invoices, vendor coding, and administrative documentation
Support onboarding/offboarding processes for employees
Prepare professional documents, presentations, and communications
Provide e-filing support for tax and national teams
What Were Looking For:
3+ years of administrative experience (professional services preferred)
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in deadlines
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Highly organized, proactive, and team-oriented
