This position is Monday thru Friday and can offer flexible hours.
Job Description
Responsibilities include:
Answer incoming calls using a multiple line phone system.
Triage phone calls to medical assistants and providers.
Schedule appointments, make referrals, send medical records.
Check patients in and out using electronic medical record system, verifying insurance and collecting payments as needed.
Reconcile end of night reports.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
Requirements include:
Strong verbal communication skills.
Excellent computer and math skills.
Well organized and ability to multi-task.
Willingness to take direction and learn new tasks as needed.
Work efficiently as part of a team.
Job Type:
Full-time.
Experience:
1+ year experience in dermatology or medical office preferred.
Education:
High school diploma or higher.
