Donation Door Lead

Naples Park, Based in Fort Myers, Florida.

Responsibilities
This Lead position includes overseeing the Donation Door area in its entirety, operating a forklift, and assisting Donation Door Attendants with receipt, recording, sorting of donations through the Kaizen system. Full compliance to Kaizen guidelines and principles as outlined in audits and 5‑minute drills. Other duties include processing, cleaning, customer service, building fixtures/equipment, and all other duties instructed by your immediate supervisor.

Required Experience
High School graduate or equivalent; forklift certification preferred; some past experience in retail and/or stock handling.

Required Skills
Must have ability to operate forklift, pallet jack, and other equipment; effective communication both written and verbal; sufficient mobility to turn from side to side, lean, kneel or bend and stand for long periods; recognize colors; basic math skills; lift at least forty (40) pounds frequently and occasionally team lift up to 100 pounds. May have to work where temperatures and climate fluctuate.
