Our organization is seeking a dynamic and seasoned Permanent Project Manager to join our team in the Construction industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who thrives in a vibrant, fast‑paced environment and who is passionate about leading teams and delivering high‑quality construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. This role will require a hands‑on approach, and the Project Manager will be directly involved in the planning, execution, and completion of various construction projects.
Responsibilities
Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Review and analyze project specifications and deliverables to ensure feasibility and adherence to company standards.
Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
Lead and coordinate teams of contractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals.
Conduct site visits and monitor progress to ensure projects are on track, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and team members.
Ensure all construction projects comply with safety and building regulations.
Negotiate contracts with external vendors and suppliers to reach profitable agreements.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
PMP certification is highly desirable.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry.
Proven experience in project scheduling and construction management.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in project management software tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to make important decisions under pressure.
