Greet customers and deliver a top‑tier service experience (high CSI focus)
Schedule appointments and gather vehicle/customer information
Write accurate repair orders and document customer concerns
Recommend maintenance and upsell services based on inspections
Provide clear estimates for labor, parts, and completion time
Communicate updates, delays, and additional repairs effectively
Coordinate workflow with technicians and dispatch
Ensure all repair orders are completed, approved, and closed properly
Maintain strong follow‑up and customer communication throughout the process
Promote service retention and customer loyalty
Qualifications
2+ years Automotive Service Advisor experience (REQUIRED)
Dealership experience preferred
Proven ability to deliver high CSI scores
Strong communication, organization, and sales skills
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
Team‑oriented mindset with a drive to succeed
Full‑Time
Monday – Friday
Rotating Saturdays (5/6‑day work week)
$75,000 – $115,000+ (Inclusive of Salary + Commission + Bonuses)
