Inventory Worker – Data Entry

$27/HR
Hours:
40 hours per week - Monday to Friday
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Worker to join our team. In this customer-facing role, you will support seamless operations through efficient inventory management, accurate data entry, and collaboration with engineering teams. If you have experience as a bank teller, strong customer service skills, and the ability to de-escalate issues, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Accurately input inventory data and maintain records to support warehouse operations
Assist with receiving and shipping of materials and products
Provide outstanding customer service when interacting with engineers and internal teams
Effectively de-escalate situations as they arise and resolve issues professionally
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work both independently and collaboratively to meet daily operational goals
Qualifications
Prior inventory, shipping/receiving, or related experience preferred
Bank teller or front-line customer service experience is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to provide great customer service and resolve conflicts
Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Computer skills: MS Office, ERP Systems
