
Vehicle Homologation Manager

Overview
Stellantis Technical Safety and Regulatory Compliance Team (TSRC) seeks a Vehicle Homologation Manager to support the company’s self‑certification and international approval processes. The role demands fast‑paced delivery, strong judgment, excellent communication and the ability to influence decisions through consensus and transparency.
Responsibilities
Review vehicle program information to identify and define certification/homologation plans or changes to these plans.
Review program requirements with regulatory specialists to define specific homologation activity details.
Review new regulations to identify homologation plan impact.
Lead or participate in forums to ensure all stakeholders understand and meet required deliverables.
Escalate items that could impact the ability to meet program milestones.
Coordinate and provide feedback to vehicle programs regarding homologation/certification impact.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university.
5+ years of homologation or environmental certification experience, or similar experience.
Ability to interpret product planning information and develop conclusions.
Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills; ability to drive results.
Broad understanding of vehicle systems.
Self‑starter who is detail oriented and disciplined.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in global environmental and safety regulations.
Working knowledge of global regulatory homologation activities and certification processes/procedures.
Master’s degree in Science, Computer, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university.
