PacSun - 4511 North Midkiff Road - Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager in leading a customer focused, top-line sales driven, profitable and productive store location.; Handle customer situations in compliance with policy and procedures, attempt to 'solve for yes' and escalate issues as appropriate.; Maintain a clean and well organized store and stockroom, promoting a safe working and shopping environment to maximize the customer experience.; Coach and provide feedback on Sales Associates' performance.; Drive efficiency in all operational store processes and maintain visual standards set by the company.
