Job Description
General Purpose of Job:
To provide world class customer service and assistance to members and guests entering the facility by saying "hello" and "goodbye", utilizing names, acknowledging everyone, and always staying consistent and informed.
Essential Duties:
Greeting each member and guest
Accepting ownership and responsibility
Maintaining knowledge on current club programs
Scheduling/reserving courts
Sign-up for program registration
Problem solving.
POS Transactions
Answering phones, paging, and placing calls into VM.
Renting out equipment
Fond Farewell

Work Experience:
Previous customer service experience required.
Education:
High School Diploma
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
Required: Must have a friendly disposition and the desire to work with people. Preferred: Must have the ability to multi-task.
