Patient Access Rep - Mandeville Clinic - Rotating Weekends

Ochsner Health - - Responsibilities: Greets all patients in to the hospital following department's policies and procedures.; Checks to make sure that patient has physician's order, insurance card(s) and picture identification.; Responds appropriately to questions received from the client and uses communication techniques to ascertain that the client understands instructions.; Adapts behavior to the specific patient population, including but not limited to: respect for privacy, method of introduction to the patient, adapting explanation of services or procedures to be performed, requesting permissions and communication style.; Other related duties as required.
