Guest Services Agent - Hotel Indigo Orange Beach

Valor Hospitality - - Responsibilities: Handle guest registration, room assignments, and provide quotes for room rates and up-sell the guest; Pre-register, block reservations and take same day reservations and future reservations following hotel rate structures; Manage guest check-ins/check-outs and balance guest folio according to hotel policies; Resolve guest complaints and assist guests with inquiries about hotel services and local attractions; Coordinate between Front Desk and Housekeeping to ensure smooth room turnovers
