Solid Waste Department Position
Position Type: Permanent Full Time
Open Until Filled. $18.88 hourly. Actual salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Central Area/Cocoa/Central Disposal Facility. Work schedule is variable and includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Performs experienced service work in the operation and care of a Scale House at a Solid Waste facility.
Requirements
Two (2) years of customer service experience, which includes working with personal computers and Microsoft Office applications. High school diploma or GED preferred. Additional qualifying education and/or experience may be substituted on a year for year basis.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred. In the event of a hurricane, major storm, natural or man-made disaster that may threaten the area, the employee will be required to perform emergency duties as directed.

In an eight hour day, the employee may have to:
