Office Administrator
The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of administrative functions within an aluminum manufacturing environment. This role supports office management, employee relations, safety coordination, event planning, and basic accounting activities while maintaining a high level of organization and professionalism.

Office Administrator Essential Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and recordkeeping
Maintain organized systems (digital and physical)
Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative inquiries
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes where needed
Support the implementation and tracking of company safety programs and policies
Maintain safety records, training logs, and compliance documentation
Assist in coordinating safety meetings, audits, and inspections
Monitor adherence to workplace safety standards and report concerns
Plan and execute company events, including employee appreciation activities, training sessions, and corporate meetings
Coordinate logistics such as catering, materials, and scheduling
Manage event budgets and vendor communications
Assist with onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation
Serve as a liaison between employees and management for general concerns
Support HR initiatives, engagement activities, and communication efforts
Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
Assist with accounts payable/receivable tracking
Maintain accurate financial records and assist with basic reporting
Coordinate with accounting or finance teams as needed
Office Administrator Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and office procedures
Familiarity with safety compliance standards (OSHA experience a plus)
Office Administrator Skills and Competencies:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
Office Administrator Work Environment:
Office setting within a manufacturing facility
Occasional exposure to plant floor conditions (PPE may be required)
May require occasional extended hours for events or deadlines
