Holmans upfitting division has an opening for an Operations Assistant to join our team in our Louisville, KY location.
Starting pay: $22.00/hr
Shift: Monday - Friday: 6:00am-2:30pm

What will you do?
Assists payroll by entering, monitoring, and auditing employee piece rate, hourly pay, and employee attendance data
Updates time records for employees
Facilitate the Onboarding process
Supports the production department with office related tasks as needed
Scrubs and closes installation and parts orders
Process paperwork and file as needed
Assist in coordinating PIE events, employee engagement activities
Answer phones as needed
Update data and run reports as needed
Assist employees with reimbursement forms and filing them
What are we looking for?
Highly proficient in Excel & Microsoft Office suit
Must be results driven with the ability to take initiative and work in a fast paced environment
Must possess proficient computer skills
Customer service skills
Able to multi task well
High attention to detail
Able to think on your own and request assistance when needed
Must possess the ability to gain the knowledge and understanding of parts lists
Must be able to perform within the established company standards, which include but are not limited to standard operating procedures, quality and performance
Must pass a physical and criminal background check prior to employment
