Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Parker, CO, for a Structured Cabling Foreman. The position involves overseeing and coordinating the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of structured cabling systems. As a Foreman, you will lead and supervise work crews, manage project timelines, enforce safety practices, and ensure quality control. Responsibilities also include reading and interpreting blueprints, operating necessary tools and heavy equipment, and supporting on‑site personnel with carpentry and equipment maintenance tasks as required.
Qualifications
Leadership and Supervisory Skills to effectively manage teams and workflows
Strong Communication skills to relay information clearly and work collaboratively with team members and clients
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
Proven experience in structured cabling installation and troubleshooting
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in relevant fields are a plus
