Customer Service & Warehouse Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position
$ 18.00 to $ 22.00 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
Customer Service & Order Support
Assist walk-in customers at the warehouse with product selection and order assembly
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with order questions
Communicate with customers via ecommerce platforms (primarily Amazon) regarding order issues, delays, or corrections
Provide clear, professional, and solution-focused customer service at all times
Process, pack, and ship online orders accurately and within daily time requirements
Using the computer throughout the day to assist in order fulfillment
Print shipping labels, schedule shipments, and update order statuses
Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure accurate, on time fulfillment across all platforms
Warehouse & Inventory Support
Pull orders for both ecommerce shipments and on road sales representatives
Assist with routine inventory management and product organization
Support general warehouse operations and day-to-day tasks as needed
Customer Service & Warehouse Associate Qualifications:
Physical & Technical Requirements
Ability to lift 5080 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
Comfortable performing physically demanding work daily
Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn internal systems (training provided)
Ideal Candidate Profile
Self-motivated and proactive able to identify work and ask for additional tasks when caught up
Strong attention to detail and time management
Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
Comfortable interacting with customers in person, over the phone, and online
