IMC is currently hiring an Assistant Project Coordinator that will provide project management support for operational planning and targeted improvement initiatives across Iberia Medical Center. This role supports the translation of project vision, guiding principles, and design concepts into actionable plans by coordinating activities, tracking milestones, and facilitating communication across departments.

The position plays a key role in day-to-day project execution, documentation, and alignment to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and 0–3 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Ability to consistently meet deadlines

Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship management skills

Ability to effectively engage stakeholders across departments

Strong presentation and facilitation skills, including the ability to gather, validate, and communicate project scope and requirements

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze options and independently resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Job Responsibilities

Provide project management support to leaders and team members

Assist with project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of outcomes

Coordinate communication and collaboration across departments and project teams

Develop and maintain project timelines, workflows, and milestone tracking

Prepare and deliver progress reports to stakeholders

Assist in gathering requirements and validating project scope

Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and workflow performance

Assist in developing tools and metrics to evaluate project effectiveness

Monitor project budgets and schedules

Coordinate post-implementation reviews and prepare recommendation reports identifying successes and opportunities for improvement

Attend and support project-related meetings and documentation

Identify and elevate risks, issues, or performance concerns to ensure timely project completion
