Patient Care Representative
Location: Hampton, VA

Overview: Sentara Medical Group Family Internal Medicine Careplex West 300 Clinic is now hiring a full-time Patient Care Representative in the Hampton, VA area!
Hours: Monday-Friday, dayshift. No nights, holidays or weekends!
As a Patient Care Representative with Sentara, you will be responsible for the registration process of new and current patients at the site. Primary responsibility will focus on completing check-in and check-out functions to include collection of co-pays, scheduling of appointments, and requests for medical records. Answers telephone calls and greets all patients and visitors with a smile.
Education: HS Diploma
Experience: Customer service experience preferred
