What You'll Do
Lead and manage the dealership accounting office team
Oversee daily office operations and administrative processes
Ensure accuracy of financial schedules and reconciliations
Review general ledger, bank reconciliations, and payables
Complete month-end and year-end closings on time
Analyze income and expenses, identifying variances
Maintain strong internal controls and compliance standards
Collaborate with department leaders across the dealership
Support payroll and commission processing with HR
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2+ years Automotive Office Manager experience
Dealership experience required
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Computer proficiency (MS Office, dealership systems)
DealerTrack experience is a plus
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
