We're looking for a friendly and organized Clinic Receptionist to join our team and become one of our welcoming faces. As one of the first points of contact for our patients and visitors, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, supportive environment. Your work will help ensure smooth clinic operations and a positive experience for every person who walks through our doors.
Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
Answer phones, direct calls, assist callers, and respond to inquiries
Schedule and confirm appointments
Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and process payments
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
Coordinate with clinical staff to support patient flow
Keep the front desk and reception area organized and inviting
Assist with other administrative duties
What You'll Bring to the Team
A high school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is a plus)
Experience in an out-patient clinical setting is preferred
A friendly, clear communication style and strong interpersonal skills
Organizational skills and attention to detail
A calm professional demeanor while balancing patient interactions and administrative tasks, even when it gets busy
Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) and office software
